I don't believe in short term relationships. I prefer to develop life long relationships with my clients and provide service above expectations. I don't use high pressure sales tactics to make you do something your not comfortable with. I do supply my clients with all of the information they need to make an informed, intelligent real estate decision.

As the only Probate Realtor in Lancaster county, I work in conjunction with probate attorneys to get an estate sold as quickly and as painlessly as possible.

As a CDPE, I use my skills to work with families to stop the foreclosure process.  My team has a sucess rate of about 80%.  Sometimes we're able to renegotiate the loan and keep the family in their home.  Other times, we have to sell the property for less than what's owed.  Then we have to work with the lender to allow the family to get out from under the oppressive debt they've found themselves in.

Most of my business comes from the referrals of very satisfied clients. This allows me to spend 80 to 90% of my serving the needs of my clients and not searching for my next sale.
